aims:

to serve and promote the local community, by providing for a variety of social and welfare needs in an atmosphere that is friendly, encouraging, empathetic and supportive of all users. In particular to provide for those needs which are not being met by other local providers and to work in partnership with all local providers and statutory and voluntary agencies.
